Moorside Independent Methodist Church was built in 1891.

We are a friendly congregation and we welcome all people.

We have a pipe organ, grand piano and an electronic organ.

After our morning service, which starts at 10.30am, we enjoy tea or coffee with biscuits.

We have ramp access at the side of the Church for use by wheelchair and pushchairs users.

Special Services

Throughout the year, we hold special services to mark important events in the Christian calendar, including Christmas, Easter, and Harvest Festival. These services are an opportunity to come together as a community and celebrate our faith.

On the first Tuesday of every month, we have a very friendly Coffee and Cake togetherness, which is completely free to everyone. It is between 10.00am and 12.00 noon. Just come and go as you please.
